Tanya Luke started Colourshot after she was made redundant during the recession caused by the credit crunch. It was built on the embers of a business that she had run with her cousin 20 years ago. 

She says: "Colourshot started as a made-to-measure clothing business. It has branched out in subsequent years first into jewellery, then cards, then gifts. The unifying bond in all this was the use and celebration of of African fabric. Colourshot seeks to have the stamp of being unique, combined with excellence and affordability"
